The project is an interesting ensemble of residential, retail, hospitality and commercial spaces converging grandeur, efficiency and high living standards all in one. Located near one of the creeks of Vishwamitri River, the project houses office spaces, hotel, club and other entertainment along with a well-planned residential block. A high-street – The Boulevard – divides the spaces within, giving them a unique identity while also increasing their accessibility and visibility. Deemed as an instrument to activate the spine of the campus with the hubbub reminiscent of an urban marketplace, ‘The Boulevard’ is the highlight of the project.
The enormous retail experience is split into two – one housing a three-level mall experience while the other placed across the boulevard, accommodating a busy shopping block that shifts the paradigm to a down-to- earth marketplace. Spaces are efficiently designed segregating shops in manageable clusters affording different configurations of shop sizes. The hotel block adds to the splendor with swimming pool on top level and a café on the topmost mezzanine, both opening up to the sky. Dynamic canopy greets the users at the entrance of the hotel. Energy efficiency is enhanced by using balconies as shading devices.
The 70 mts tall office block features an outward slope on top as shading device, encased in fritted glass. Dynamic refuge terraces double up as open areas bringing in the green and open space at higher levels too. The Skycafé at topmost level provides panoramic view of the city’s skyline. The residential segment highlights curved balconies with glass railings that form continuous yet varying lines along the façade. The curved façade provides a unique form to the overall structure. The USP of this project lies in the intelligent placement of clubhouse at the podium level. The club house design offers a shaded jogging track, landscaped spaces, children’s play area, swimming pool adding to the luxury feel of the project.
