The proposed development is designed as a modern, flexible campus with a careful demarcation of various functions within it. Despite their individual identities, these spaces are linked with each other through open and common spaces that dot through the campus. Designed to grow in phases, the campus consists of a common basement/lower level that links all of the upper functions together. The residential quarters and guest houses occur at the plinth level with access to the landscaped grounds. The lower ground floor houses the training center and dormitories, giving access to a recessed courtyards and northerly exposed glazing. The upper levels of the main block house the divisional and branch offices. The design of this campus allows for the spaces therein to be fully functional and vibrant regardless of the phasing schedule of the entire project.
