2. Construction & Installation Management
During the preliminary design stage, our PMC Team initiates the Construction project management process by establishing planning milestones, construction strategies, and site management procedures. As the Client Representative, we ensure that all interactions with contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants align with project goals.
The construction phase includes constructability reviews, cost-saving evaluations, environmental compliance checks, and continuous monitoring. This ensures the project progresses according to the established project planning and scheduling framework and maintains strict time & quality management.

3. Post-Construction Management
