From Seaside Escape to Global Attraction: Dumas Beach's Stunning Transformation

Surat's Dumas Beach is undergoing a major transformation into a world-class eco-tourism destination through the Dumas Sea-Face and Eco-Tourism Park Project. The project, designed by INI Design Studio, spans 152 hectares along five kilometers of coastline with modern amenities like promenades, cycling tracks, and EV charging stations. The beach now attracts over 25,000 daily visitors, up from its former status as a local picnic spot. Tourists and locals have praised the development for creating attractive public spaces and livelihood opportunities.
