Refunds shall generally not be provided once the order is confirmed, except in cases of:
• Duplicate payment
• Payment debited but order not confirmed
• Cancelation before dispatch
2. Refund Process
Approved refunds shall be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

Refund requests, in cases other than cancellation prior to dispatch, may be raised by contacting us at finance@inidesignstudio.com along with the relevant order details and proof of payment. The email address provided is for receiving communications only. Responses, if any, may be sent from a different official email address of the Company.
