Pathik Gandhi

Associate Director - Urban Designer / Architecture

Pathik is a meticulous architect and urban designer with over 15 years of experience in urban design, landscape architecture, and large-scale projects. As an Associate Director at INI, he brings a sharp global perspective to India’s built environment, honed through international practice. He is a COA-registered architect with a Bachelor of Architecture from CEPT University (Gold Medalist) and a Master of Arts in Urban Design from the National University of Singapore (NUS), supported by a prestigious scholarship.

At INI, Pathik plays an important role in shaping waterfront developments, tourism master plans, and vibrant public spaces. Known for his keen design intuition and ability to rapidly decode complex contexts, he addresses urban challenges with exceptional clarity, logic, and elegant simplicity.

Prior to joining INI, he spent a formative phase in Singapore with the renowned firm CPG Consultants. There, he led multidisciplinary teams and collaborated with leading practices across Malaysia, Singapore, the UK, Australia, and Hong Kong on large-scale master plans, architectural, and urban projects.

Beyond professional practice, Pathik was engaged in research with the ETH Zurich Future Cities Laboratory and contributes regularly to academic forums and institutional juries. His diverse international exposure shapes his core focus: translating global design excellence into context-sensitive, functional, and sustainable solutions for Indian cities.

Pathik’s career is defined by a consistent pursuit of excellence, reflected in academic distinctions including a gold medal and multiple national and international awards for projects he has led.
