Neha is a seasoned architect and an urban designer with more than 13 years of collaborative experience in both public and private realm development. Over the decade, she has developed a strong portfolio of architecture and urban design projects, spanning across India and UAE. Having pursued her Bachelor of Architecture degree and Master of Urban Design degree from CEPT University, Neha drives her strong academic background to bring in the balance between research-based design and practical implementation. Her works in urban public realm projects range from large-scale beachfront developments to city-based projects like Transit-Oriented Zoning and Central Business District to restoration and tourism master plans to streetscape designs. Her strong analytical and cognitive approach, sensitive designs, and persuasive communication skills hallmark her ability to work collaboratively with urban authorities, showcasing her strength to take further the conceptual designs into detailed designs and execution. This has brought valuable experience and exposure in dealing with and coordinating at multiple levels of government and municipal authorities and understanding the issues and concerns of the projects from diverse perspectives. She continues to work towards the betterment and development of the public realm in India through her ability to envision, resolve and deliver her ideas on urban interventions and the built environment.
