Nehal has achieved a Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical, from Nirma University, Ahmedabad, and is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP). She has grown in stature and experience while working at INI for the last 20 years, of which 12 years have been in Mumbai. She is currently the Office Head and Project Co-ordinator at the Mumbai office of INI. She is dedicated to her work and firm, and remains ever focused on the various projects that she handles. She is a disciplinarian and a task master and directs meticulously all aspects of project work. She believes in close supervision and follow up of the work with which she is entrusted, thus maintaining the required delivery and quality standards. She is involved in each project from concept to delivery, including planning, monitoring, inter-discipline co-ordination and resource planning. Her hands-on design approach and multi-tasking ability ensure that a successful project is delivered. Nehal co-ordinates multiple projects utilizing her multi-tasking abilities, effective communication and continual follow-up. She drives sustainable design ethos into all projects. As Associate Director of MEPF Eng., Nehal has successfully coordinated to completion various Projects in India and overseas in the areas of Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, Healthcare, Hospitality and Residential.
